Lethbridge MLS Sales Stats - August 2022

Number of homes for sale are up slightly.
Larger/Better selection for home buyers.
The number of homes sales has dropped.
2020 and 2021 were busier years.
The 10 year sales average was 109 homes sales for month of August and this year hit 108. More balanced.
The number of days on the market it takes a home to sell has dropped.
Price reductions are becoming the norm again.
Average sold price of a home in August, is up over last year.
4.59% is current 5 year mortgage rate.
Roughly costs $560 a month m/l to borrow every $100,000.
